When will you submit my course completions to ABC?

We submit course completion lists to ABC each month. It can take several days for your CE credits to appear in your account.

Are badges and points equivalent to continuing education credits?

No.  Badges and points are simply fun, little rewards for using the Cascade Dafo Institute.  For information about earning continuing education credits for our online courses, see "How do I get continuing education credits for these courses?" above.

How much time will it take me to complete a course?

Each course in the Intro to Dynamic Bracing course series is designed to take approximately one hour to complete.  However, you don't have to complete the entire course in one sitting.  You can stop anytime and the system will remember where you left off the next time you log in.

Also, since the courses are self-paced, you are free to pick and choose the content that best meets your unique needs.  Spend extra time on the content that's most relevant to your clinical practice and less time on the content you've already mastered.

Is there a time limit for taking courses?

No, there is no time limit.  You may take as much time as you like.

I'm having technical difficulties.  Something about the course isn't working properly.  What should I do?

We recommend taking these courses on your desktop or laptop computer (you can also use your newer model iPad, but some videos and interactions may not work perfectly).  Be sure to use the most up-to-date version of your browser (Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge etc.), and a fast internet connection.  You can always try shutting off and restarting your computer if you run into trouble.  If you are using a work computer, try contacting your IT department for assistance.

I'm stuck on a question. I've tried every answer and none of them are correct.  What should I do?
